Para el cabal cumplimiento de las funciones encomendadas al INCORA en la presente Ley, facúltase al Gobierno Nacional por un término no superior a seis (6) meses, para crear las siguientes Regionales en el territorio nacional:

-Regional Guajira, en el territorio del Departamento de La Guajira, con sede en Riohacha.

-Regional de la Amazonía, en los territorios de los Departamentos del Guainía, Guaviare, Vaupés y Amazonas, con sede en el Municipio de San José del Guaviare.

-Regional del Vichada, en el territorio del Departamento del Vichada, con sede en el Municipio de La Primavera.
