Los miembros de los Jurados Electorales pueden excusarse también ante el Alcalde del distrito, cuando en éste no resida la corporación que hizo el nombramiento; pero no podrán eximirse de servir mientras no hayan sido reemplazados, a menos que tengan impedimento físico.
