Art. 2. ° Establécense tambien, desde la fecha citada, Comisionados visitadores de las oficinas de Bienes desamortizados en los Estados soberanos de Boyacá, Cauca, Santander i Tolima, los cuales durarán por el tiempo que juzgue conveniente el Poder Ejecutivo, i ejercerán las funciones que les confiere el decreto ejecutivo número 265 precitado.
