º Formularios Para Inscripcion Y Evaluacion De Produccion Tecnica Y Pedagogica

Decreto 1505 de 1987 · por el cual se reglamenta el Sistema Salarial de Evaluación por Méritos para Instructores y Supervisores -SSMIS- del SENA, establecido por el Decreto-ley número 187 de 1987.

º FORMULARIOS PARA INSCRIPCION Y EVALUACION DE PRODUCCION TECNICA Y PEDAGOGICA. Los formularios de inscripción y evaluación de productos técnicos pedagógicos deben contener como mínimo lo siguiente

a)

Datos personales del Instructor o Supervisor;

b)

Dependencia donde labora y cargo;

c)

Identificación del producto;

d)

Características del producto;

e)

Proceso de elaboración del producto;

f)

Apoyo recibido por parte del SENA;

g)

Firmas de quien presenta y de quien recibe la inscripción;

h)

Puntaje por producción técnica y pedagógica;

i)

Constancia de verificación de la Información.
