Art. 79. Los negocios en que deben conocer los Tribunales se repartirán por el Presidente entre los Magistrados, debiendo verificarse el repartimiento de la manera que aquí se indica, y cuando menos dos veces por semana.

Los negocios ya repartidos cuando éntre en vigencia este Código, no serán repartidos de nuevo.
