Marcación de las operaciones. Las ventas en corto deberán ser marcadas por parte del vendedor de los valores al momento del ingreso de la orden de la operación al sistema. Sin perjuicio de la publicación de información de que trata el artículo 2.9.13.1.4, la marcación de las ventas en corto no se informará al mercado durante las jornadas de negociación.
