Las subvenciones que se autorizan por el artículo anterior, se pagarán al funcionario responsable del manejo de los Fondos de dicha Cooperativa, y su valor se computará al artículo 1577, capítulo 104, del Presupuestó vigente, asignado al Ministerio de Obras Públicas, y al renglón correspondiente de la misma Sección de los Presupuestos de las vigencias fiscales futuras.
