Autorizase al Gobierno para aceptar la invitación que el de España ha hecho a la República para que tome parte en la Exposición Hispanoamericana de Sevilla, y para tomar las medidas conducentes a que Colombia esté debidamente representada en tan importante certamen internacional.
Los gastos que tal representación demande se consideraran incluidos en los respectivos Presupuestos.
