º Régimen especial de contratación. El régimen especial de contratación de la unidad administrativa especial Dirección de Aduanas Nacionales, previsto en el inciso 5º del artículo 106 de la Ley 6ª de 1992, se regirá por los requisitos que el presente Decreto establece como similares a los previstos en los artículos 98 a 109 del Decreto-ley 1643 de 1991.
