Las contravenciones de competencia de la Justicia Penal Militar se fallarán por medio de Resolución motivada de los Comandantes de Brigada y demás funcionarios que estén autorizados para convocar Consejos de Guerra Verbales a particulares. Contra esta clase de Resoluciones solo procederá el recurso de reposición.
