Artículo cuarto Las asociaciones de patronos y trabajadores a que se refieren los artículos 62 de la Ley 6ª de 1945 y 11 del Decreto extraordinario número 1745 del mismo año, enviarán al Tribunal Supremo del Trabajo las respectivas listas de candidatos para Magistrados del Tribunal Seccional del Trabajo de Quibdó, a más tardar el 25 del presente mes de marzo. Por decreto separado se señalarán las asociaciones que tengan derecho a enviar dichas listas y la proporción correspondiente.
