º Nulo Jurisprudencia [ Mostrar ] Declarada La Nulidad Sentencia Del Consejo De Estado Sentencia 1387, 1389, 1398 Y 1407 De 1993 Legislación Anterior [ Mostrar ] Artículo 2 º En El Evento De Que Por Cualquier Causa Se Hubiere Decretado Y Practicado O Se Decrete Y Practique El Embargo O Secuestro Sobre Las Rentas Y Recursos A Que Se Refiere El Artículo Anterior, El Juez Que Esté Conociendo Del Proceso Ordenará En Cualquier Estado Del Mismo, Su Desembargo A Más Tardar Al Día Hábil Siguiente A Aquél En Que Se Le Haya Presentado Certificación Del Director General De Presupuesto O Su Delegado Sobre El Carácter De Dichos Bienes

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2º En el evento de que por cualquier causa se hubiere decretado y practicado o se decrete y practique el embargo o secuestro sobre las rentas y recursos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, el Juez que esté conociendo del proceso ordenará en cualquier estado del mismo, su desembargo a más tardar al día hábil siguiente a aquél en que se le haya presentado certificación del Director General de Presupuesto o su Delegado sobre el carácter de dichos bienes.
