La Junta Central de Higiene tendrá a su cargo la inspección y vigilancia del Parque de Vacunación de Bogotá, y distribuirá oportunamente el cowpox. La Junta dispondrá lo necesario para extender la vacunación antivariolica poniéndola al alcance del pueblo de la manera que estime más eficaz y efectiva.
