Artículo único. Concédese franquicia postal por los correos de la República, únicamente, a la obra o álbum que la Sociedad de Mejoras Públicas de Medellín ha dictado en la ciudad de Leipzig para conmemorar sus bodas de plata, las que tendrán lugar en el próximo mes de febrero, la cual hará circular como propaganda dentro del país.
