El Gobierno, en cualquier momento por medio de resolución motivada del Ministerio de Guerra, podrá disponer la disolución y liquidación de la Cooperativa, si su funcionamiento llegare a ser, a su juicio, incompatible con los intereses de las fuerzas militares.
