Todas las Instituciones de Educación Superior que ofrezcan programas de Educación Superior Abierta y a Distancia deberán expedir el reglamento estudiantil en el cual se tendrá en cuenta como mínimo los aspectos establecidos en el artículo 171 del Decreto-ley 80 de 1980 y deberán estar adecuados a este tipo de enseñanza. Para efectos del artículo 171 del Decreto-ley 80 de 1980, las Instituciones de Educación Superior deberán certificar ante el ICFES, dentro de los doce (12) meses siguientes a la vigencia del presente Decreto, que han expedido o adecuado el reglamento estudiantil.
