Concluído lo anterior se reanuda la audiencia pública, se lee el veredicto y se levanta la sesión. El Juez debe pronunciar sentencia dentro de los ocho días siguientes.

Parágrafo

De la audiencia el Secretario levantará un acta que firmarán el Presidente, Vocales y demás personas que hayan intervenido, dejando constancia de las rectificaciones y reparos que se le hagan.
