El Gobierno, con intervención de la Junta Asesora creada por Decreto ejecutivo 10 de junio del presente año, erigirá en la capital de la República, un monumento, y una estatua en la Villa del Rosario de Cúcuta, a la memoria del General Santander, a cuyo efecto celebrara los contratos necesarios.

Quedan así modificados los artículo 2º de la Ley 28 de 1935 y 2º de la Ley 75 de 1937 .
