Exhortos. Los exhortos de las autoridades colombianas a las autoridades extranjeras para prácticas de cualquier prueba o diligencia, se tramitarán por la vía diplomática. En casos de urgencia, la autoridad judicial podrá transmitirlos directamente a los agentes diplomáticos o consulares del país en el exterior, dando aviso del hecho al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
