Por las Presidencias del Senado y de la Cámara de Representantes se nombraran Comisiones, de dos Senadores y de dos Representantes cada una, para que representen al Cuerpo Legislativo, tanto en Bogotá como en Guaduas, en las fiestas centenarias de que trata esta Ley. Los Departamentos se harán representar en las mismas festividades por las Comisiones que designen sus respectivos Gobernadores.
