El Superintendente de Sociedades Anónimas dictará la resolución anterior con base en los siguientes documentos
a)
Certificación del liquidador y del revisor fiscal sobre le pago del pasivo social, nombre de los accionistas y número de las acciones de cada uno;
b)
Copias completas de las actas de las reuniones de la asamblea general de accionistas en las que se hubiere estudiado y aprobado las cuentas de la liquidación; y
c)
Copia notarial, debidamente registrada, de la escritura de liquidación, si hubiere adjudicación de inmuebles.
