Encargar del empleo denominado Presidente de Agencia, Código E1, Grado 08, de la planta de personal de la Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos - ANH, a partir de la fecha y mientras se provee la vacante, al doctor EDWIN PALMA EGEA identificado con cedula de ciudadanía número 80.203.409, quien actualmente desempeña el empleo denominado Ministro, Código 0005 del Ministerio de Minas y Energía.

Parágrafo

El funcionario encargado continuará ejerciendo las funciones propias del empleo que desempeña como Ministro, Código 0005 del Ministerio de Minas y Energía.
