La participación social se expresará en la confluencia de las formas de participación social de que trata el presente Capítulo, en procesos cogestionarios de planeación y veeduría en salud. Los procesos territoriales de planeación y veeduría en salud, contarán con la participación ciudadana, comunitaria e institucional. (Artículo 17 del Decreto 1757 de 1994)
