Títulos anteriores. El presente Código no afecta la validez de los títulos mineros mencionados en el artículo 14 del mismo. Tampoco convalida ninguna extinción o caducidad del derecho emanado de títulos de propiedad privada o de minas adjudicadas, por causales establecidas en leyes anteriores, ni revive o amplía ningún término señalado en éstas para que operen dichas causales.
