º REAJUSTE TARIFA DE CONEXION SERVICIO TELEFONICO BASICO LOCAL. Cuando una línea se destine a una actividad diferente a la asignada originalmente o se traslade a un inmueble de un estrato superior se cobrará, si hubiera lugar, un reajuste por concepto de conexión, el cual se estimará con base en la diferencia de las tarifas vigentes. Se exceptúa de lo anterior, el cambio de estrato por reclasificación socioecónomica -individual o colectiva- del inmueble donde se encuentre instalada la línea, caso en el cual no habrá lugar a cobros adicionales sobre el valor cancelado originalmente por concepto de tarifa de conexión.
