Desde la vigencia de esta ley, el juzgado 4o. penal del circuito de Medellín, conocerá de asuntos exclusivamente civiles, y se denominara en adelante juzgado 5o. del circuito civil. los negocios que actualmente cursen en dicho despacho pasaran a los restantes jueces penales para su repartimiento.
