Refórmase el artículo 2° del Decreto número 736, de 26 de abril de 1938, en el sentido de que el Ministerio de Guerra debe proceder solamente a la colocación de los mojones en los puntos indicados en la alinderación dada a la zona que por el artículo 1° de ese proveído se destinó para la Base Militar y Aérea de Tres Esquinas.
