Art. 4. En favor del empresario o empresarios se harán las siguientes concesiones

De cobrar durante el término hasta de veinte años, un real por tonelada de los buques mercantes nacionales i es- tranjeros que entren en la bahía:

De cobrar por igual término un real por cada bulto de mer- cancías que se introduzca a la ciudad; i

De no B pagar ninguna contribucion nacional o municipal durante el privilejio por razon del tráfico por Bo- cagrande o por el muelle.
