De conformidad con el artículo 7° del Decreto 2687 de 1960, el aumento de sueldos establecido en este Decreto, regirá con retroactividad al primero de octubre del mismo año para los funcionarios aquí; incorporados; quienes venían prestando sus servicios con anterioridad.
