º. Ámbito de aplicación . Las disposiciones previstas en el presente decreto aplican a los Convenios Plan o Contratos Plan, que se suscriban en desarrollo de lo dispuesto en las Leyes 1450 y 1454 de 2011 y demás normas que rijan la materia. Para efectos del presente decreto, las acepciones Contrato Plan o Convenio Plan son equivalentes. En adelante se utilizará la expresión Contrato Plan.
