Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir del día siguiente a su publicación, teniendo en cuenta el régimen de transición previsto en el artículo 2.6.12.1.29, y adiciona los artículos 2.6.12.1.27, 2.6.12.1.28, 2.6.12.1.29 al Decreto número 2555 de 2010.
