ARTICULO 186. Tres meses de alta por fallecimiento. A la muerte de un Oficial o Suboficial de las Fuerzas Militares en servicio activo, en la disposición que cause la baja se ordenar que sus beneficiarios en el orden y proporción establecidos en el presente Estatuto, continúen recibiendo durante tres (3) meses, de la entidad que le venía pagando, los haberes de actividad.
