Art. 17. Los Recaudadores visitarán cada mes, por lo menos, los establecimientos de destilación que haya dentro del territorio de su jurisdicción para examinar si se ha hecho alteración en los aparatos, ó si en alguno de dichos establecimientos hay otro alambique distinto del que se ha tenido en cuenta para expedir la patente, si se ha adherido á éste alguna pieza para aumentar la capacidad, si se han violado los solos puestos, ó si por cualquiera otro medio se hace fraude á la renta, para que en tal caso adopte el procedimiento á que haya lugar conforme á la ley.
