Objeciones, Práctica De Diligencias, Reforma Proyecto Y Publicación Acto Administrativo

Objeciones, práctica de diligencias, reforma proyecto y publicación acto administrativo. Una vez expirado el término de objeciones la Autoridad Ambiental competente procederá a estudiarlas; en caso de que sean conducentes ordenará las diligencias pertinentes.

Una vez practicadas estas diligencias y si fuere el caso reformado el proyecto, la Autoridad Ambiental competente procederá a elaborar la providencia de reglamentación correspondiente, y expedida esta, su encabezamiento y parte resolutiva serán publicadas en el Diario Oficial.
