Contratación de profesionales para la supervisión de intervención de BIC . Las personas jurídicas públicas o privadas y las personas naturales que pretendan efectuar alguna Intervención en un bien mueble o inmueble declarado como BIC, deberán contratar a su costa a profesionales debidamente registrados ante la autoridad competente con el fin de que ejerzan la supervisión de la intervención.
