El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, salvo lo dispuesto en los artículos 4°, 5°, 8°, 9° y 10 los cuales entrarán a regir una vez sea sancionada y promulgada la Ley del Plan de Desarrollo Económico 2010-2014 "Prosperidad para Todos". Publíquese, comuníquese y cúmplase.
