° La finca denominada La Granja, ubicada en el Municipio de Madrid (Serrezuela), adquirida por la Nación en remate verificado el 10 de abril de 1915, en el Juzgado 5° del Circuito de Bogotá, y que sirve hoy de cuartel del Regimiento de Caballería Tolima , y en donde el Ministerio de Guerra ha erigido algunas edificaciones y acumulado materiales para completar las construcciones, conforme a planos aprobados por el Gobierno, se destina definitivamente para establecer en ella el Instituto de Agronomía, dependiente del Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio.
