Ley 24 de 1947 · Por la cual se adiciona el artículo 29 de la ley 6ª de 1945 y se dictan otras disposiciones de carácter social

Los oficiales de las Policías Departamentales harán parte de la Policía Nacional, si cumplieren los siguientes requisitos: a) Tres (3) años de tiempo mínimo de servicio; b) No tener edad superior a treinta y cinco (35) años; c)Haber observado conducta intachable durante su tiempo de servicio en la Policía Departamental, y carecer de antecedentes judiciales; d) Acreditar su capacidad profesional, y e) Seguir y aprobar el correspondiente curso de perfeccionamiento en la Escuela de Policía "General Santander".

Parágrafo

En ningún caso podrán incorporarse al Escalafón de la Policía Nacional con un cargo mayor al de Teniente 1º.
