Cancelación . La cancelación de la licencia sanitaria de transporte, corresponde decretarla, mediante resolución motivada, a la autoridad sanitaria que la expidió. Contra dicha providencia proceden los recursos de reposición y de apelación en los términos del Decreto 2733 de 1959 y demás normas que lo modifiquen, adicionen o complementen.
