El Gobierno, de acuerdo con la Corte Suprema de Justicia, puede disponer que los procesados ó sindicados por delitos de la competencia del Juez Superior de Distrito Judicial sean juzgados en otro Distrito Judicial distinto de aquel en donde se cometió el delito, medida que se tomara cuando se estime conveniente para la recta administración de justicia.
