A rtículo único. Concédese del Tesoro público, por partes iguales, y por una sola vez, una recompensa de cuatro mil pesos ($ 4000) á la señora Concepción Briceño de Sicard y á sus dos hijas solteras, señoritas Ana María y Dolores Sicard. Esta suma se considerará incluída en el Presupuesto de Rentas y Gastos del Próximo bienio.
