ARTICULO 53. ADJUDICACION DE LA LICITACION EN CASO DE PRESENTARSE UNA SOLA PROPUESTA EN UNA DETERMINADA AREA DE UNA DE LAS REDES. En el caso de que se presente una sola sociedad o una sola empresa estatal a la licitación para la operación de una de estas redes, dentro de un área, el Ministerio de Comunicaciones podrá hacerle la adjudicación de la concesión, siempre y cuando ésta reúna las condiciones y requisitos exigidos por el pliego de condiciones.
