En cada corregimiento, inspección de policía y sector rural a que se refiere el artículo 76 de esta ley habrá un Delegado del Registrador del Estado Civil nombrado por los Delegados del Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil. Los Delegados de los Registradores Distritales serán nombrados por éstos.
