Modifíquense los numerales 1 y 2, y 1 y 2 del

Parágrafo

del artículo 39 del Decreto 2147 de 2016, los cuales quedarán así: "1. Tener un patrimonio mínimo al momento de la solicitud de tres millones seiscientos noventa y siete mil ochocientos ochenta y uno (3.697.881) unidades de valor tributario (UVT)." "2. Dentro de los cinco (5) años siguientes a la declaratoria de existencia de zona franca permanente especial, realizar una nueva inversión superior a trece millones ochocientos noventa y siete mil ochocientos cincuenta y tres (13.897.853) unidades de valor tributario (UVT)." "1. Tener un patrimonio mínimo al momento de la solicitud de un millón ochocientos cuarenta y ocho mil novecientos cuarenta y uno (1.848.941) unidades de valor tributarios (UVT)." "2. Realizar una nueva inversión, dentro de los tres (3) años siguientes a la declaratoria de existencia de Zona Franca Permanente Especial, superior a un millón ochocientos cuarenta y ocho mil novecientos cuarenta y uno (1.848.941) unidades de valor tributarios (UVT)."
