Depósito de cesantías. El Ministerio de Defensa, a medida que las apropiaciones presupuéstales lo permitan, podrá depositar en la Caja de Vivienda Militar los dineros que considere disponibles y que hayan sido destinados para el pago de cesantías. La Caja podrá utilizar estos dineros en el desarrollo de sus actividades ordinarias, manteniendo a órdenes del Ministerio, con liquidez inmediata, el porcentaje que le mismo Ministerio determine.
