Circunstancias ocasionales, excepcionales o especiales. Para efectos de la presente Sección, se entenderá por circunstancias ocasionales, excepcionales o especiales, aquellas situaciones extraordinarias y no habituales, que se estima son superables en el tiempo, atribuibles a hechos externos, extralaborales o propios de la órbita del trabajador o del empleador que permiten que el trabajador pueda cumplir con la labor contratada en un sitio diferente al lugar habitual de trabajo.
