El Reglamento sobre el régimen interno de la Escuela lo dictará el Director del establecimiento, con aprobación del Ministro de Correos y Telégrafos, y queda facultado éste para llenar los vacíos de este Decreto, obviar los inconvenientes que se presenten y disponer todo lo necesario para la marcha regular del plantel. Cópiese, comuníquese y publíquese.
