° . Transferencia de bienes. Los bienes muebles e inmuebles del Instituto Nacional de Vías empleados para el desarrollo de los programas y funcionamiento de la Subdirección de Monumentos Nacionales del Instituto Nacional de Vías se transferirán al Ministerio de la Cultura en un término máximo de tres (3) meses, contados a partir de la expedición de este Decreto.
