ARTICULO 89. DE LOS EFECTOS FISCALES DE LAS NUEVAS PLANTAS. <Este Artículo tuvo vigencia temporal> Las plantas de personal ajustadas a las normas sobre nomenclatura y remuneración de cargos fijadas en el presente estatuto tendrán efectos fiscales a partir de la fecha de su aprobación por el Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil, salvo lo que se dispone más adelante sobre el pago de la retroactividad del reajuste de salarios.
