Artículo tercero. El Consulado General de Colombia en Nueva Cork efectuará los pagos de las adquisiciones o servicios de que trata el presente decreto, con base en las facturas o cuentas que presente la Comisión de Compras de la Fuerza Aérea, con sujeción a las normas establecidas por la Contraloría General de la Republica.
